There is no coherence to your statement. If the doctrine of original sin is wrong how does that affect the second coming? Your statement is emotional and without rational content.
I would add that Jesus has a little flock and that His way is narrow. The Catholic church is not narrow in adherents. So it probably is the invisible church, as Calvin defined it. (I disagree with a lot Calvin said.)
