Worship Sunday – Hope Where There Was None

I am just a thinning stream
I have nothing left in me
I am just a tired tree
I have nothing left in me

You’re a storm
Rush in like a flood
Overflow my banks
Dry dirt to mud
You’re life to my branches

I was just a thinning stream
I had nothing left in me
I was just a tired tree
I had nothing left in me

Beauty for ashes
Joy for mourning
Peace in the darkness
Hope where there was none
