Actually Pelagius had a far higher view for Scripture than Augustine did. Augustine basically saw it as childrens stories in need of Platonic re-interpretation, while Pelagius took the Bible as it was written although he was also influenced by Platonism (but not as much as many others).
Open Theists are often called Pelagians, because of the free will aspect. It is best just to disarm and undermine their allegiance to Platonistic councils and Augustine.
